• Microphone Access: Requested only for voice search and speech-to-text. Audio is processed locally and never recorded or transmitted.
• Usage Data: Anonymous usage statistics like reading progress, bookmarks, and preferences.
• Device Information: Basic device identifiers for authentication and sync purposes.

How We Use Your Information

To provide and improve our services — Quran reading, prayer times, Qibla direction, hadith access, AI-powered Q&A, and cross-device sync.

Data Storage and Security

Most of your data (bookmarks, reading progress, preferences) is stored locally using encrypted storage. Account data is synced to our secure servers only when you sign in. All transmissions use industry-standard HTTPS/TLS encryption.

Third-Party Services

Google Sign-In and Apple Sign-In for authentication; AlQuran Cloud, Quran.com, and Aladhan APIs for Quran text, translations, and prayer times. Each has its own privacy policy.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Anonymous, aggregated data may be used for analytical purposes.

Children's Privacy

Suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent.

Your Rights

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time. See Delete Account.

Notifications

Local notifications for prayer time reminders and custom reminders you set. Manage notification preferences in app settings or device settings.
